First and foremost in healing sustainably is to look at your foundation. You cannot build a house on an uneven foundation. This includes the physical aspects of making sure you are eating a nourishing diet specific to your body, prioritizing movement your body loves, and increasing high-quality rest. This also equally includes taking a look at your stress levels and nervous system. You may be experiencing internal stressors such as nutrient imbalances or toxins stored in the body, or you may have unconscious external stressors that are slowing down your healing. We will dive deep into all levels of these aspects and find a path forward that feels aligned to you.
LABS
My second step in healing is compiling data specific to you. Not one person is the same, and therefore we all need to take different paths to the same end goal: a fully optimized YOU. After mastering lifestyle changes, we will consider what lab tests would most benefit your healing journey, so we can discover the root cause without simply speculating. No lab work is mandatory, but it can help us find the hidden missing piece more efficiently than trial and error in many cases. When we have results, I will help identify patterns within your labs, and craft a protocol that combines lifestyle recommendations and supplements to bring your body back into its beautiful balance.

What is the financial commitment?
My goal is to make this an achievable commitment for you no matter where you are financially. This is why I have various offerings among different price points. Pick a starting place that feels comfortable to you, and we can always add on down the road!
How long does the healing process take?
Healing is typically not predictable or linear among everyone, but depending on your starting point, I can assure you will begin feeling better within weeks of being consistent with the foundational items. We will expect to see considerable improvements in your symptoms by 3 months. This being said, we will move at the pace that feels right to you, which may alter this timeline.
Do you offer one off appointments?
Absolutely. One of the biggest frustrations of my healing journey was the high barrier of entry to working with a practitioner. Many only offer their services in mandatory 3-6 month packages, which can get expensive quickly. Feel free to book a single appointment if you need support but cannot afford a full package. I'm happy to create a new protocol, update existing protocols, OR just answer any questions you may have!
Will I be required to spend additional money on supplements?
The only requirements of working together is your commitment to the foundations! Supplements can be a great tool to add in the missing nutrients your body isn't absorbing from your diet, but they are not essential to healing. That being said, they can assist in streamlining the process, with the ultimate goal of eliminating the need of them through nourishing food choices and lifestyle habits.
Who would not be a good fit for 1-on-1 coaching?
If you feel you are not in a place to commit dedicated energy into healing yourself, we likely will not be a good fit, I want YOU to believe you are not a lost cause. Changing habits in your life may feel uncomfortable at first, but will ultimately make your life more comfortable in the long-term. Healing is always possible if you believe it is.
Do I have to order labs to work with you?
No! I actually prefer to not start with labs in most cases. You will experience the largest improvement in symptoms by optimizing your lifestyle and food choices.
